1General Information & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the 99win platform (https://99win-khelo.com). By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Please read them carefully before using the site.

99win operates an online gaming and Sports Betting platform for users in Bangladesh. We operate under an international gaming license and comply with all applicable laws.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. The Bengali translation is provided for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account with 99win:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and mobile number during registration.
• Each individual may register one account only.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number and email address.
• If multiple members of the same household wish to open separate accounts, the support team must be notified in advance.

As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide a photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence — particularly before your first withdrawal. This is done for your own protection.

3Deposit Rules & Payment Methods

99win currently accepts the following payment methods:

Deposits must be made from your registered mobile number. Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.

4Withdrawal Rules & Process

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Funds typically arrive within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing may take slightly longer on bank holidays.

99win may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal if deemed necessary. This is done for security purposes and the process will not take more than 48 hours.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

99win offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus + deposit amount.
• Daily Cashback: 5% cashback on daily losses. No wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: ৳200 for every successful referral, paid once your friend makes their first deposit.
• Weekly Reload: 20% bonus on deposits every Monday. Wagering requirement: 10x.

Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Read the full terms before claiming any bonus, and contact support if you have any questions.

99win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 99win:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• In Sports Betting, pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has kicked off.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is submitted are final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one match is cancelled, the remaining legs will still stand.

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, please contact our support team within 24 hours. Disputes submitted with supporting evidence will be investigated, and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

7Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another member's account.
• Attempting to arbitrage bonuses or manipulate the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking or attempting to manipulate games using software.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at other members.

8Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Once you notify our support team, the account will be closed within 24 hours and any remaining balance will be refunded.

As part of responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion at any time:

• Temporary Break: Account suspension may be applied for a period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: For a permanent break from the site, you can opt for permanent self-exclusion.

99win may also suspend or permanently close an account due to rule violations, for investigative purposes, or on security grounds.

9Limitation of Liability

99win is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from issues with the member's own device.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).

10Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

99win reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review this page regularly.
